Fees
Fees are for a 40-60-minute set onstage and do not include per diem.
Per diem is calculated at a daily rate of $30 per artist, plus lodging,
when distance traveled requires overnight stay; travel is calculated at
$.31 per mile when artist drives to venue with no overnight stay.
