OVERVIEW
Kentucky Theater Project helps young people build basic and advanced thinking skills through after-school mentoring and job training programs in the arts, productions that enhance classroom studies, and programs that increase teachers’ understanding of arts integration strategies.
The Youth and Education Initiative strengthens the capacity for self-expression by young people and identifies strategies that empower them. Hands-on projects and stage performances encourage creativity and cultural awareness while developing cognitive abilities among youth.
